On November 10, 2006, the Ministry of Construction, Jiangsu Provincial Ministry of Construction, and Nanjing Municipal Government held the coordinating meeting for the preparation of WUF4. The meeting was chaired by Liu Zhifeng, deputy director of the Ministry of Construction of the People’s Republic of China. Leaders of the Administration Office, Foreign Affairs Office, Planning Office and Real Estate Office of the Ministry of Construction, Deputy director of Jiangsu Provincial Ministry of Construction, Wang Guixiang, Vice Mayor of Nanjing, Lu Bing and Deputy Secretary General, Lu Pinggui attended the meeting.
