1. Shuttle Bus Service
    The WUF4 host will provide free shuttle bus service between designated hotels and conference venues. The list of designated hotels appears the page "Hotel Booking". Any hotel that is not included in the menu is not a designated hotel. Guests can choose to reside in a designated hotel and a non-designated hotel. However, considering conventional practices and a very dispersed distribution of non-desiganated hotels guests may choose, no shuttle bus service will be provided between non-designated hotels and conference venues.

2. Medical Insurance
    The WUF4 host kindly reminds and advises all forum attendants to prepare all his/her medical insurance documents in advance, so as to be kept away from possible inconveniences.
